This is very strange, what OP system are you running? Is it Windows 10? As your caption means nothing, all I can see and its very faint, is that it says 'Update Available'? If you can’t access Windows normally, you can use a bootable USB or DVD to boot into recovery mode. To do this do the follow:
    • At first, Insert the bootable USB or DVD installation media in your laptop.
    • Then, Restart your computer. The windows setup window should automatically appear. If not, you can choose manually from the boot order menu in BIOS settings to boot from a removable media.
    • By the way, In the setup window, click on Next.
    • Then, Click on “Repair your computer.” bottom left corner.
    • It will lead you to the recovery environment.
    • Choose an Option
    • Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > chose either Startup Repair or System Restore
This should boot your laptop into windows.
