Hey! I recently spent a few hours doing maintenance on my predator laptop (helios 300 2018 15.6 inch edition). My display cord was causing flickering so I replaced that. The computer works plugged in, however it doesnt seem to recognize the battery (that was working this morning) at all. It just reads 47% but doesnt say charging or anything. I've tried repeatedly looking for the mistake but I cant seem to find it. Have any of you had a problem like this? Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks!

Try uninstalling the battery drivers from device manager and post that perform BIOS defaults..

After this charge the unit and check if its working.

@LaGrande check your battery wear with hwinfo/battery bar pro or battery report if more than 20/25% consider replacing it also try a battery power drain let it rest for 2 to 3 hours then boot into bios reset to defaults

It seems like it fixed itself. It just didnt work for like an hour after maintenance and it worked after I tries it the third or fourth time. Thanks for the advice!
