Hello.

Recently, I installed Win 10 into My Laptop Acer Swtich Alpha12
(Model Name : SA5-271 , This is Touch Screen laptops based on Intel i5-6200U)

While installing Win10(19H2), PC's all Device Drivers are updated automatically.

But, After Updated "Intel Virtual Bottons" driver , Physical Keypboard doesn't  worked  (including USB logitech wireless Keyboard).

I foreced to uninstall "Intel Virtual Bottons" driver, Physical Keypboard is able to work temporaily.

However, Due to the characteristics of Win 10,  "Intel Virtual Bottons" driver is installed automatically and then Physical Keypboard doesn't  worked

Do you know Why and How I can solve this issue ?

If you just answer "installing Acer's Original Driver is not good solution",  Becasue of the feature of Win 10,   "Intel Virtual Bottons" driver is installed soon.

I am thankful to your good answer in advance..
