Windows OS CD to Reinstall

I have a Triton 500 and I seem to have contracted a virus. I tried to re-install Windows using the Acer/Windows Recovery feature that's built-in to Windows, but I kept getting an error stating "There was a problem resetting your PC". I would like to re-install the operating system using the old-fashioned way (either via USB or OS CD). Can you please point me to its location for me to download it?

If you didn't make a recovery image when you first got your laptop you will have to download from Microsoft
Windows 10 ISO from the link below, you will need a minimum of 16gb USB stick

superproxy so following ALT+F10 and choosing delete everything option its not working ??? if so that means your recovery partition its corrupted and you havent created any usb stock recovery driver as everyone should do in the first time they boot it  for safe keeping you only 2 options now are either use media creation tool (as @andylb already mentioned above ) and go to the latest not so good win10 1909 or download the iso ofe the version you want to install an burn it via rufus to a usb drive and install it (16gb usb drive recommended dont use 32gb+ most of times wont work) you can also use the hardest way and install it via bootable dvd drive but you need to buy an external dvd drive for that
