How to fix the blue blinking power LED light when turning on Acer Extensa 2508 series laptop?

Good Day! I have an Acer laptop Extensa 2508 series. It turns on when i press the power button, but no display. The blue power LED keeps on blinking like the laptop is in sleep mode. I tried reseating and changing the RAM module and it did not worked. I also triedto reset the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery and long pressing the power button and putting it back and turning on the laptop again, but it did not worked. Also tried removing the battery to power it up using the charger alone and it did not worked again. Please help with other possible solutions to this problem.

Try turning off the notebook, disconnecting the lithium battery and pressing the power for 60 seconds.

I have tried that, i disconnected all the components, pressed the power button for 60 seconds and it didn't work. The blue power light keeps on blinking like the laptop is in sleep mode. It does not boot.
