I wish everyone good evening.
The problem I've been trying to solve for 1 week ...
Windows 10 System interruptions. Average processor usage: 15% RAM usage: 0%
Average use of 1% or 2 RAM in safe mode: 0
Laptop: Acer Aspire e5- 574g
The methods I tried to solve: windows reset / format and clean windows 10 setup / bios update / windows update / driver updates / Acer install recommended drivers / driver booster and install the most detailed drivers / ccleaner with remnant cleaning / quick start disable / device manager hardware * sound = image = etc .. * disable one by one and review cpu usage from task manager / disable audio enhancements / disable network adapter /
hardware scan (processor ram hdd sdd) scan for hardware failure ...sfc / scannow / clean boot / safe- safe mode /disk clean/ and many more ...
What I have observed: it is using very low processor in safe mode and clean boot boot mode around %0.5-1. However, during the transition between the programs, it suddenly rises in between / 7-10%. For example as soon as I click on the start menu ... when I open the explorer page etc etc ...
When I checked the DPC latency, the results were as in the attached pictures ... you can see the report and screen images ...
Nothing has changed, even though I updated or even rollback those drivers using high cpu ...
Do you have a solution for this, friends? ... This problem has made me stop sriting my doctorate thesis..... unable to write for a week ... Thanks for helping, even trying to help in advance ...
