Thank you for your quick response, actually when i was searching about my laptops ram capacity i found upto 32 gb i can upgrade So, is it mean that i can put 2 no. of 16 Gb RAM right?.....
    Hi,
Yes you can upgrade up to 32GB but it's an overkill in this model in my opinion, I don't want you to spend money unnecessarily but it's up to you to decide how much memory you actually need/use in your laptop.

Hi, Find the System Memory information of your unit below.

      System Memory :
Two DIMM slots support DDR4 SDRAM:
       Up to 16 GB of DDR3L 1600MHz system memory
       Up to 16 GB of DDR4 2133MHz system memory (Aspire F5-573, F5-573T only)
32 GB maximum memory capacity (using two soDIMM modules)
       Supports dual-channel

As per as the above specs of your unit, you can upgrade up-to 32 GB of RAM using the two soDIMM modules. But it is an overload in this model in my opinion. I would suggest to try the 16 GB RAM.
Find the Storage information of your unit below.
      Storage
     Card Reader:
     Supports Secure Digital™ (SD) Card v1.0 / v1.1 / v2.0 / v3.0 UHS-I
     Supports SDHC / SDXC /MSXC
32GB maximum capacity (for SDHC only) / 2TB maximum capacity (for SDXC & MSXC only)
     Hard Disk Drive:
     500 GB / 1 TB / 2 TB 2.5-inch 5400 RPM
     Solid State Drive:
     128 GB / 256 /512 GB
Regarding the M.2 SSD, you can use either a M.2 SATA SSD or a M.2 PCIe 3.0x2/NVme SSD.

Also check the link below and check and for the RAM and SSD/HDD upgrades for your unit. They are Crucial and they guarantee compatibility with your exact model. Write down the part number for your reference and then order it from Amazon, it's cheaper and also has fast delivery. It is the most tested to be working.

    Hi,
You can upgrade with a DDR4 2133MHz RAM, as for the M.2 SSD, you can use either a M.2 SATA SSD or a M.2 PCIe 3.0x2/NVme SSD up to a recommended size of 256GB but larger drive might work, please read these threads for more information.
