Strange Issue: Acer Latop Has Major Response Lag In Accessing Hosted Outlook Email
I've had this issue across multiple networks and multiple browsers BUT NOT on multiple computers, so it 100% is a computer issue. I have an ACER Aspire A3 576 series laptop. It has NO issues accessing websites or downloading files or accessing files from our cloud-based company drive (i'm constantly doing file transfer to the drive and all is good/speedy). What I'm having issues is with is opening emails from our cloud-based Uutlook service. I do not have this issues on my phone or other computers so the email provider is squarely pointing the finger at the computer. I can log on to my email, but when I click individual emails, response time can take 30 seconds or more to open OR it never opens. It does help to clear cache but sometimes i have to do that 10 times per day or reboot. Cache clearning doesn't always solve the problem I use CHROME most, but also Firefox and Edge, but problem can happen on all. Incredibly frustrating. Even though I reported this issue to ACER while I was under warranty, I'm now out of warranty and the secondary support folks basically refuse to help "outside their purview" or some nonsense. Any thoughts on this? I'm at my wit's end and about to throw the laptop on the floor. I've already re-imaged the laptop 1x.
