Hello dear friends,

I am having serious heat problems with this laptop I bought about 9 months ago. When I open any game (rust) (this is also valid in other games "battlerite etc.") Cpu temperature rises very much. It rises to 90-95 degrees and maybe more. So far, the computer has never shut itself down or had any problems (except for fps problems). Undervolt operation does not benefit. It usually drops to 90% while the games are plugged in. I will also add a picture here, this is the situation after the game "rust" has been on for an average of 25 minutes.

Laptop cooler available. While it works, laptop coolers are clean. I'm not sure about thermal paste, there is probably a factory paste.

The Nitros don't come with great Thermal paste and your problem is common. Repasting  with Grizzly Kryonaut will bring your temps to the mid eighties where they should be for gaming

Is my problem really a thermal paste? Glad to hear that, I guess I have to send a guarantee for change, right? I think it will be out of warranty if I do it myself at home.

It is a pretty common problem. If you have a sticker on the underside of the case covering one of the screws stating "Warranty Void if Removed" then you can't do it but if that sticker isn't there then you can do it. if not you will have to send it in

thank you, I have to play and shut down immediately because of the heat problem when my system is capable of powering most games. If I solve this problem, I will be grateful to you.
