Hi, Sorry to hear about your issue. Try to do Power Drain and BIOS Reset by following steps below.

       Power Drain and BIOS RESET

    1) Unplug the AC power adapter.
    2) Press and hold the Power button down until the unit goes off.
    3) Search for a pinhole that has a battery symbol next to it on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and  hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip and turn the unit back to normal position.
    4) When the unit is off completely, press the power to turn on the unit.
    5) Immediately keep on tapping the F2 to enter the BIOS.
    6) In the BIOS, press F9 to reset the BIOS to setup defaults.
    7) At the confirmation screen, press Enter for Yes to load the default configuration.
    8) Press F10 to save your changes, and restart the system. Select Yes and press ENTER to confirm.
Try this and post your results.

I hope that this is helpful to you! If I have answered your question click YES alone please, thank you  :3

@MartinJohn00001 This model does not have a pinhole

@brendypants This seems like a Windows 10 loop problem.
    1. Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely.
    2. Turn on the computer and press and hold the Alt and F10 keys at the same time immediately.
    3. You should see a message that says "Please Wait" and your computer will boot to a blue screen that says "Choose an option."
    4. Select Troubleshoot, then you will see the Blue screen below or very similar
    5. Select "System Restore"
    6. Choose a date before the hanging Logo appeared
    7. Be patient, it can take a few hours to complete so make sure that you are plugged into the AC power

Please click YES if I have answered your question

I am not an ACER employee
Thank you and have a blessed day  B)
