Is this sound normal? - Predator PH315-52

I have the laptop less than a year ago and I love it, until a while ago it began to make a strange noise, which every time intensified on the right side and is quite rough at night, in addition to the insecurity that I can something serious happen. it has been happening for about 3 - 4 months now and every time it has intensified more and more

I do not have a guarantee since I bought it on my trip to the USA, I am from Chile.

I have cleaned it, I have verified that nothing obstructs the movement of the fan but still remains.

Is there any way to fix it? or some official media that sells the original fans for this model?

I contacted the Acer service in my country to see the possibility of getting the fans (obviously I would pay for this) but I still don't receive an answer

@FabioHZS It is a gaming laptop, they run hot and as such cooling is a priority, the fans can be noisy and the newer fans do have that high pitched sound but it does sound a little rough and I would replace both. Below are the part numbers for your fans, the noisy one is the GPU fan which is Fan - R. You can order them from Amazon or Ebay
