Can I uninstall the App Monitor Plugin? Is it alright to do so?

My laptop keeps crashing. The reliability report kind of indicates that its the app monitor plugin that is causing the problem. Can I uninstall it?

    Acer UEIP App Monitor Plugin is a software program developed by Acer. The most common release is 2.00.3002, with over 98% of all installations currently using this version. The setup package generally installs about 9 files and is usually about 2.45 MB (2,572,828 bytes). Relative to the overall usage of those who have this installed, most are running it on Windows 10. 

    This plugin is not a mandatory one for your computer to run. If you observe that this plugin create problem, you can uninstall the plugin from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.
