HELP!
I have "No Signal" between my Acer E5-575 laptop & Acer K202HQL monitor.
I have both a VGA and DVI-D and HCMI cables attached.
I have been told to update the graphics card to Acer drivers. Where are they? I tried Acer's website and it was all dead ends. So was the internet. The links led to missing pages. All that I can find online is Generic PNP Drivers. They are installed and the "Device is working properly."
It sill does not work.
I called Acer Support and they said test the monitor on another PC. I did and it works fine on a desktop.
When I try Windows+P is says "Your PC cannot project to another screen. Try reinstalling the driver or using another video card". I can't find the right Acer driver on their website!
I have been working on this for over a week and this is ridiculous! HELP!

Hit the menu tab just above "Acer Answers" and select drivers and manuals, it does work
You can only install the VGA driver on your support page, the native VGA drivers from Intel will not work, they make the driver specifically for your model and supply it to Acer, that is why you hit deadends

The driver link does not work. It goes to a Q&A section - see screenshot.0

I also found the drivers are not compatible with Windows 10. See https://driverrestore.com/update-nvidia-driver-windows-10-fix-issues/
Anyone have more ideas PLEASE.0 -
These updates are for Windows 10. Do you have the Nvidia or Intel card on your laptop?
