shut down immediately Aspire 3

I need help.

I bought Acer Aspire 3 (AMD Ryzen 3 3200U) around September 2019 brand new. Around two or three weeks later, I installed PES 2009 and Left 4 Dead2. According to google, my laptop supposed to be able to run the games easily, but while i was playing, the laptop shut down immediately without warning (no blue scree, just shut down, instantly black, now shut down message typical to windows). I tried to update the VGA driver through "Radeon Setting", but it didn't solve the problem. But when i played Need for Speed The Run, COD 4, there was no issue until i completed the game.

i quit playing due to a lot of work

, and Yesterday, I tried to run the game, but it happened just the same.

What should I do?

What is your exact model number please

Thank you so much for the explanation,
I just think this product is just defective, even I play only monster mash, it did crash.
New born laptop played monster mash and crashed.
