I've tried reinstalling the drivers, updating the BIOS and even restoring factory settings on the laptop and I just cannot get the WIFI working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just want my WIFI working again.

I don’t know if this is the same issue, have you tried the Acer support website and downloaded the driver as the troubleshooter instructed?

@Travis9304 you should start a thread of your own, your WiFi adapter is being recognized it's just having issues. @Cody94 is not seeing the adapter at all.

Cody, yours sounds like the WiFi card has either failed or has come disconnected from the slot on the motherboard. Are you still in warranty? If yes, it's time to contact Acer support to get it fixed. If not let us know and we'll talk about how to get it apart as much as needed to reseat/replace the card.
