Helios 300 (PH317-53) CPU fan not working

Recently, the laptops CPU fan seems to have stopped working. PredatorSense is displaying the CPU fan at 0 rpm, and the PC is getting way hotter than usual. I dont know what could be the cause of the problem.

    First To avoid CPU damage IMMEDIATELY Shut down your laptop and DO NOT use again until repaired. Non working fans are usually a hardware issue and the Service guide for your model says that if the fan has power then the fan must be replaced. If you are under warranty send it in, if your warranty has expired you will need Fan-R part number  23.Q5MN4.002
