does anyone have factory files for an old aspire am3900G?

I recently upgraded my old windows 7 am3900G pc to windows 10, but i ran into an issue which forced me to have to use a purchased installation media disk to reinstall windows 7 so i could boot my pc, in doing so i lost my factory programs and partitions which didnt have much but did have a few programs i wanted to keep such as the various game demos along with other things.

My question is, does anyone with that model pc or any from that general time period (2010) have the files for the factory backup so i can make a media disk which does contain all the content i lost?
or is there a place where i could possibly find them?

It's unlikely with a system that old, but Acer does sell recovery disks for their machines on the US and Canadian Acer Stores. Outside those locales you usually have to contact local support.
