Acer Spin 5 (SP513-51-7984) is not opening up

Hello,

I´m not the first to ask this, but my ACER Spin 5 (SP513-51-7984) is not powering up.
The power light is blue when connected to the power plug (it receives power), but when I press the power button, an other blue light is lighting up (intends to start) but seems to fail on the way. Then the second blue light turns off for 3 secs and intends to power up again after 5 secs, lights up and so on, without luck.
The problem started when I just closed the lid overnight (without powering off). So the same problem started next morning with orange light, I connected charged full, till blue etc.
I have tried disconnecting power plug, battery reset, let it rest, power up. Power up without power plug on,pressing power button for 30 sec-1min, pressing power button combinations with volume up-down with no luck either.

Looks like a battery issue to me, but not sure.
Purchased in Thailand with 3 years guarantee however ACER doesn´t recognize it.
Any chance that I haven`t tried a solution, hit me up. Can I check something internally before sending it for a check? ( I tried to find a guide to open the spin5 with no luck.)
Seriously interested in my files first of all, as it is my whole work inside.

Again and again and again and again.... In the end I tried again just now... Same result

Have you ever tried to let the battery fully discharge? I think you can do that by plugging a device into one of the USB charging ports. In addition, it may be necessary if there is a button similar to this one on the other side of the motherboard.

No; i haven`t tried to completely discharge the battery. I will do so and follow up on this.
So I should go on and open it, right? As soon as it is not guarantee covered anymore I don´t lose anything.
