My laptop has had no sound since it got a Windows 10 update a few days ago. Tried updating sound drivers and reinstalling them with the ones on the Acer website and on the RealTek website. No improvement.

Restore your Windows to an earlier date than the Windows Update

How to recover using System Restore on Windows 10
    1. Open Start.
    2. Search for Create a restore point, and click the top result to open the System Properties experience.
    3. Click the System Restore button.
    4. Click the Next button.
    5. Select the restore point that you want to use on your computer.

Please click YES if I answered your question

I am not an ACER employee
Thank you and have a blessed day  B)

That is still no sound. I should totally be able to use updated windows anyway. I looked at my device manager and saw this:

    Device HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0235&SUBSYS_10251084&REV_1000\4&32c555d6&0&0001 requires further installation.

How can I do further installation?
