I have a GTX-1060M (6 GB) and an i7-7700HQ. My GPU keeps dropping to very low voltages, which lowers my fps significantly. I am running the latest drivers. Any help?

    Good evening Uberkritz !

    Which EXACT computer model?
Have you checked if the PSU is managing to meet the energy demand?

Do you have adequate tools and understand hardware?
Do you know how to use a voltmeter to measure  voltages?

In this case, my advice is to activate the warranty or take the device for evaluation by a technician.

Uberkritz are you running on AC and with battery 100% charged before you start any game if so check your battery wear percentage with the battery report/hwinfo/batterybar pro (as it might be faulty if this is the case you would need to get it replaced) or the adapter as @MaClane stated if youre still on warranty send it to get checked
