XF270H screen went white

i have a XF270H last night the screen went white even when no device is plugged into the monitor so far i have tried 
  • restarting the monitor (pressed the power button)
  • fully disconnecting the monitor and starting it with only power connected, problem continued
  • i have read other pages that say disconnect the monitor and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds i have also tried 40 seconds 60 seconds and 2 sets of 30 seconds none of these worked
  • i have also left the monitor completely disconnected overnight this also did not work.
is their anything else i should try
