Hi guys, I'm relatively new here. I bought the predator laptop (Model PH315-52-78VL) and ive had it for 4-5 months now.
Just wanted to ask about this pop sound that comes ONCE from the laptop after I turn it off. This issue arose just recently like 3 or 4 days back. I dont know what exactly started this issue. I noticed the pop sound after I turned off the "system boot sound and animation" on predator sense. I tried to fix the problem by turning on  "system boot sound and animation" but the pop sound still came when I switched off the laptop.I think the pop sound comes from the left side of the laptop.  I cant see any other forums that discuss the same issue with the laptop I'm having and I'm worried that it'll damage my laptop. Please help me fix this issue. Thanks a lot.

Zedator not really sure about what might be but sometimes the ssds make a crackling/static sound and  your unit has 2 m.2 slots one on the right side another on the left side (depending of your specs you could have only one or 2 drives in raid 0) also is it affecting in any way your performance ?? you could try a battery power drain (use the power button instead as you dont have the pinhole as the 2017/18 have) just to see if the issue remains press/hold for 30s let it rest for a while if possible 2/3h to make sure all capacitors are power drained then boot into bios and reset to defaults the issue might remain this is just a supposition if youre still worried about it after you should probably contact acer support from your own country and send it in to get checked
