My Acer nitro 5(AMD edition) for some reason when boots the CPU is already at about 60d and when gaming it goes about 89d.
Earlier it used to stay at 40d max when idle and 80d max when gaming heavily. I have repasted several times and also use a cooling pad fr better cooling, but nothing seems to help.
frequent Fps drops starts after about 2 hrs of gaming. please help me with my issue.

Which thermal paste did you use? While I don't have that model, I have the Intel version I5-9300H, and I used Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut. Before at idle my temps were around 62F, and gaming over 93F. After applying the new thermal paste, at idle I'm in the mid 30's and at load while gaming, in the mid 80's now no undervolt.

That certainly sounds like degradation of the Thermal paste and I agree with @TheTekHead, Grizzly Kryonaut is the best. Video below shows how to do a repaste on Nitro 5 models
