Low fps and graphic card performance until restart

Today i start my laptop after refresh i run  user beanchmark .i get very low score of my rx560x graphic card and in game also. Then restart my system then again i test and play game now everything working fine .

Problem is now when i shutdown laptop and then turn on graphic card give low and bad performance i need to restart after startup then i good performance.
I both time while playing i check task manager using full gpu power (startup and restart)

Temperature is 50 degree to 55 degree
Nothing open in background 

What i tried-
1)sfc  scan 
2) system restore command

Once again myself i fixed my issue
