Problem updating drivers

Hello!
Hopefully I would find someone who can help me.
I have an AcerAspire E5-41110
My SNID es 43415201576

I haven't use this notebook for a while, I had to replace my hard disk so for like 2 years (more or less) I could not use it. I saved It without the battery though.
Now that it has been repaired I needed to update my drivers (of course), but I can not do that with my touchpad and battery driver because I need a mínimum of charge, which is 15%.
What's the problem? I have 0% so for now I can't use my touchpad and I don't now if my battery is not working or if is just a problem with the driver.

I have to add that the battery did work. I could not use my notebook but it turned on. I just could not format the hard disk because it was damaged so it went on an eternal charging going nowhere.

What can I do?

I have installed Windows 10.
I don't know what other information provide...

It may be necessary to make some changes to the platform.ini file, so that the bios can be updated without the battery. Or you can take a chance and try to update the firmware driver in the device manager.
