Aspire 3 A315-31-C2GA No bootable Device - Tried fixes

Hello,
I was on the laptop on youtube when it buffered and the laptop reset. Once it got past the initial screen it said 'No Bootable Device'.
I unplugged the HDD and plugged it into two computers and it doesnt even register anything is plugged in.
I also plugged in a different HDD and SSD from a working computer into the laptop and still got the 'No bootable device'.
When I go into the boot menu in bios during any of these steps, it shows there is no boot order to select from whatsoever.
The only time I got any sort of 'progress' in the boot menu is when I plugged in a USB boot disk thats capable of installing Windows 10. It gave me the option to select boot order as USB but nothing else was showing. When going through the install it registers there are no drives attached to the laptop when selecting a place to install windows.

I figured itd be a simple swap out HDD. Would I need to turn a new HDD into a bootable windows 10 drive before it will register for the laptop?
