Sometimes while moving my finger on the touchpad my "on screen pointer" stops moving. SP111-32N

Sometimes while moving my finger on the touchpad my "on screen pointer" stops moving. I'll have to lift my finger and try again. I have 2 of the same exact laptops bought at the same time, same day, with the other laptop not having any issues. It may be just me, but with the laptop in question, if my fingers are moist, the problem is not as troublesome. Acer could not fix the problem when I called initially. But now, they won't help WHATSOEVER because of warranty. I've bought nothing but Acer laptops and have never had this issue before.

What is the model of the lap? Example AN515-51-75KZ. Have you checked the touchpad's sensitivity?

I've tried sensitivity and switched back and forth from advanced to basic

it's set to most sensitive as well

can you specify the exact model of both models? Example sp111-32n-p6cv. Can you tell if both have version 1909 of windows?

yes p6cv for both.

it would be interesting to know, if the problem occurs when you reinstall windows, pressing alt + f10?

reinstall windows and lose all data on pc?

It would be interesting to back up the files first. Then try reinstalling windows. You can also try to restore windows to a date earlier than the problem.
