AN ISSUE ABOUT WINDOWS 10 HOME UPDATE / ASPIRE V3 572G

Good morning
Since July 2019, my Acer Aspire V3 572G has been unable to install updates to either Windows 10, or other applications like Skype.
 Microsoft Online Support reports the problem being that current BIOS driver in my laptop is not compatible with Windows 1903 build.
I would very much appreciate it if  whether you might guide me through towards a feasible solution.

Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system

Controller version 1.32
BIOS mode: UEFI
Last Windows 10 update was performed in July 2019.

BIOS v 1.32 is the most up to date version for your model however it is a 2016 BIOS version and may not support the 1903 update. these new Windows versions are really feature updates and don't improve performance, they have caused multiple user problems so you are probably better off sticking with what you have.
