So i am a bit of at a loss.

I started my computer, and it says that no internet connection is available. I re-start both the computer and my Router but nothing changes. I am writing this from my phone as it is connected to the WiFi. I use a wireless connection.

When I run a diagnostic, it says that an Ethernet cable may be loose or broken, and that I have to  plug in a network cable in the network card Ethernet 2. But as far as I can see, the computer doesn’t have an Ethernet cable input?

When I go to the network panel it says that I have a “Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Connection for Windows x64” and it gives me the same message, that a network cable is not plugged in.

Any help is greatly appreciated, as I am kind off lost without an internet connection with school and everything.

There are two things that could be happening that I can think of. You may have hit the key combo that disables your wireless (Fn-F3 IIRC). In that case you should be able to just toggle it back on with the same key press. It's also possible you have connected your laptop to a company network that disables wireless, the Cisco client tends to point toward that since it's not often installed in a home environment. In that case you need to talk to your IT people to find out how to get it back to normal.
