The laptop kept prompting me to update the version of Windows 10 as it was at the end of it's license. I followed the on screen prompts and had to insert a usb drive as the hard drive did not have enough memory. Now the screen just keeps rolling over with the acer logo and says "undoing changes". Been doing that for over 48 hours. Any help greatly appreciated.

Windows 10 64 bit. The machine kept prompting me to upgrade as the windows license had run out. Followed on screen instructions inserted memory stick and started process. When i went back it was rotating the acer screen over and over with words to affect of restoring to previous settings. Then went off and now just have grey screen.0

Did you change the motherboard? The licence is valid until the end of laptop's life, I don't understand why the licence has run out.0

Apparently the windows 10 version installed required updating.
