Acer Aspire 5 A515-54G-34HW - Is it a valid laptop?

So I've found an Acer Aspire 5 A515-54G-34HW in one of my local stores with these specs:

- 1080p 15.6" IPS

- Intel Core i3-8145U

- 8Gb RAM

- NVIDIA GeForce MX250, 2 ГБ GDDR5

- 1Tb HDD

And I have 3 concerns with it.

1) I was unable to find this model anywhere else on the market (at least in my country)

2) The store is respectable, but this particular model costs significantly lower than other models with similar specs

3) They have mentioned that it runs on Endless OC. I have never heard of it so I was wondering if I could replace it with Win10

A: Did you make sure that this is the EXACT model?
The A515-54G series has several models that may vary according to country and region

A: Values are defined according to series, configuration, etc.

A: Endlles OS is a Linux-based system
In order to switch to Windows 10, you must purchase a valid original license.
