    Hey @Mritunjay1125
The problem persisted. I did further research to get to the root cause of the problem by Googling extensively and reading various blogs. Apparently, the problem is with Intel's built-in GPU that comes with the CPU (in my case, Core i5). Many articles pointed out that this is a defect which can't be resolved by any means. The only plausible solution is to disable Intel's Graphics adapter from the Device Manager. I didn't do any of that thing by then. Later on, I decided to replace my Windows OS with Ubuntu. I've been using that since, and the laptop is running just fine. So I believe the problem was with the Windows OS. Linux cannot run many PC games (especially the AAA titles) so if you use your laptop solely for gaming purposes, I'd suggest you find some other workaround. Since I mainly use my laptop for programming and web development, that is the least of my concerns.

With that being said, please post here if you find any working solution for Windows OS.

    Cheers!

hey, thank you so much for such a swift response. I use my laptop for sole purpose of gaming and still cant find a way around this issue. Is it possible to disable the intel display driver?
