Please help me

Hi, I need your help with a current sotuation. I have purchased ACER computer at Topo Centras store in Vilnius, Lithuania. However I have a lot of problems with it ever since. It has been under repair four times and still no faults has been removed. The columns chirp and now the screen is flashing. Warranty repairs were done by servicenet.lt and they and the shop, where I bought the computer, are not very keen to return the money, although I gave it to them and said that I do not want to have it repaired anymore and want to get the money back. Everytime they look for the new reasons why not to cash in. The warranty is running out in April. They prolong the time until the warranty ends. Please help me get my money back, they say they will call you to inquire if you agree to return the money, but they don't. I can provide you with all the information you need, all the details on your computer, your purchase receipt and everything else you need. Thank you very much.
