I HAVE SPIN IT GIVES ELECTRIC SHOCK WHEN IT IS ON CHARGING

    1. Unplug the AC power adapter.
    2. Press and hold the Power button down for 15 seconds. This will perform a software battery reset that may resolve the issue.
    3. If your system has a battery pinhole reset on the bottom, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole and hold the button down for 30 seconds, check the computer if you still get electric please contact local please contact your local Acer support for better assistance and to be sent for repair to the Service Center. https://www.acer.com/worldwide/ select the country you are in and click on the support tab, on the left hand side you will find and option “contact support”

    Where do you get the shock from? When you touch the charging cable connected to the laptop? From the keyboard? Maybe a static electricity shock?
