Hello, firstly, thank you preliminary for your help!

Here is the problem. I use extensively my laptop for photoshop. First year - no problems.
1. Now I receive blue screens every week, mostly stating System Thread Exception Not Handled. Cannot say exactly what causes them, as they happen randomly.
2. When I open file in photoshop my computer freezes and I need to unplug the cable and put it back again to unfreeze.
If I work on battery is not so severe problem. Usually I need to unplug every 3-4 minutes depending on the work I do.

16gb ram are almost full all the time. I have enough space on SSD and hard. Also tried with only one tab in chrome or even without - nothing. Even tried with 20 tabs, exactly the same thing!

Again to mention - this hasnt been the case in the begining. I use the same Windows 10 from the begining.
In the begining I was able to open over 10 50mp files at once without any worries.

Thank you again.

"System Thread Exception Not Handled" is primarily a system driver error. From the Nvidia Control Panel under the Help Tab, update you cards Drivers.

Photoshop is heavy on RAM and some of the residual problems may be because of this. I would upgrade your RAM and put in 2 x 16gb sticks, you could just add one 16gb stick foe 8 x 16gb for 24gb total but mismatched RAM are inefficient
Link below is to Crucial who guarantee compatibility for your exact model, I write down the part number and buy it from Amazon, it's cheaper and faster delivery

Interestingly enough it did actually help. I occasionaly get again this freeze but it happens so rarely. Did a test with over 5 50mp photographs in Photoshop and 20 opened tabs in Chrome and everything went smooth.

Though for sure the Card reader inside the laptop is trash, as it throttles after 1 minute of uploading to the computer. Starting from 60-90mbps to even 200kbps from time to time.

    Thank you @andylb
    for your help, I appreciate!!
