acer aspire 3 a315-41 - Product not found

I tried to search my product with my serial number on acer's website and it says my product not found. I have acer aspire 3 a315-41. Im sure i entered the serial number correct and matter of fact i copied it from my acer care centre software too and tried to search but still it did not find. And by the way there is no snid i suppose there should be one but in my acer software its "snid:" totally blank.

    Try copying the serial number and access acer website and click on support > warranty information > Here you can mention the serial number and check.. If you still do not get any details then i would recommend to contact acer support and report the issue.

    You can get the correct serial number of the computer from the command prompt using the following steps:
    1.Type command prompt in search, make a right click and go with the "run as administrator" after the command prompt opens
    2. Using the buid in "wmic" command:
     "wmic bios get serialnumber" Type the above command in the black screen and give enter
    You can get the serial number and you can use that to identify your computer....
    Click accept if it seems to be useful

    You can also check the serial number through the acer care center.

    I am sorry to hear this, can you please send me the serial number of your unit and a screenshot of the error via private message, please?

    It says wmic- alias not found
    you would have to open the command prompt in administrator mode.. Then enter this WMIC BIOS GET SERIALNUMBER and hit enter
