Power limit throttling and thermal throttling always

I am getting power and thermal throttling always during stress test and even sudden FPS drops during game already repasted through mx-4 thermal paste and the temp were not going above 70 in GPU and 75 in CPU it was perfect for 1 week but now the temps on GPU is max 75 and CPU is max 99 which is causing thermal throttling and power limit throttling , already undervolted to -0.170 still same if I'll go beyond that the laptop freezes and restarts please help !
