Aspire 5 A515-51G BIOS downgrade

Hello,
  I want to downgrade the bios for my laptop because ever since I upgraded to the latest 2.02 version sometimes not all the times a few keys will refuse to work. The update went well without any problems and it isn't a hardware problem since it happened right after the bios update and it goes away if I restart the laptop.(until it happens again)

  I have done a bit of research and followed the instructions here https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/611003/#Comment_611003 , unfortunately, I get 1 error while extracting the exe with 7zip. (something about data after the end of the payload data, and something about cannot open file as PE archive).
  Once I do the editing of the platform.ini file and try to run H2OFFT.exe I get an error saying: "File cannot be found".

Hope my explanation is clear enough. If not I can provide additional information.

Which keys do not work? Have you ever tried to simply restore the bios by pressing f9 and then f10?

 For example the keys "t" and "p" or right arrow. When they don't work, the same set of keys always don't work. When they do work they all work perfectly no matter how soft I press them.
 I have tried resetting the bios to the default configuration without any luck.

If that doesn't work, try the function key behavior function.

Unfortunately, I had no success. I will try doing a fresh install of windows maybe it's because of some background update and not from the bios update.
