Hello everyone, I bought an Acer Predator Helios 300 a couple of days ago. It's still pretty much in the factory state as I haven't installed any application yet. It's safe to say that currently, it is in its most stable state. I want to make a copy (of sorts) of this state and in case something goes wrong, I want to restore the system back to this state, basically, a factory reset. I want this method to be accessible from the boot menu since a lot of times the Windows installation itself gets corrupted negating any options that are possible from inside the Windows Operating System interface.
Basic searches on the internet pointed to the inbuilt recovery mechanism installed in Predator systems, accessible via ALT + F10. Data on this [
https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/530060/system-recovery-by-alt-f10?breakffcache=3ec56] URL points out that ALT + F10 fails in some cases if a recovery media is not prepared beforehand. So, I went ahead and created one via the Windows Recovery Media Creator.
Another method that I found was creating a System Image. Stored that image into an external drive. I am not sure how I would use it to restore the system from the boot menu.
Another option is that of a System Repair Disc. Since Acer Predator Helios doesn't come with a CD drive this option went straight out of the window.

These are all the options I came across. Is there anything else I can do?
