My G3-572-72YF Doesn't boot properly anymore.

Hello,

I've had this laptop for 2 years now and It hasn't had any problems until 2 days ago. I was gaming when suddenly the screen froze, but sound continued. I could still navigate through the menues but with long loading times.
From then starting windows takes ages and when finally started I can not do anything, moment my cursos hovers over the task bar it is a loading sign and all my shortcuts are gone too.

Recovery via Acer doesn't work anymore.
I tried using a Windows USB drive to install (via legacy BIOS) but it says I can't install it due to PGT.

repair, previous image and so on doesn't work.
I can still see all my partitions (M2 and SSD) recovery, main, ...

What can I do to try to have a clean install again? I don't mind if it isn't via the acer recovery as I understand it will anyway recognise that I had a windows 10 copy installed previously.

As I live in Europe I can't order the USB recovery drive from acer.

Sorry for the late reply.
alt + f10 works. I solved the problem just now.
I now went into the command to check the HDDs and found out the M2 has writing problems. That's why nothing worked accordingly anymore.
Just bought a new M2 and it should be fixed.

I didn't get any error codes whatsoever. There are also no blue screens of dead.
