Has anybody succeeded to connect an external display through type c 3.1 on Nitro 5? I know that video support is possible with 3.1 gen 1 with alternate modes, but I don't know if Nitro 5 type c supports any alternate mode. I got a "Display Connection might been limited" message when I connected adapter.

Hm, yeah I was afraid of that. But strangely, when I connected the adapter with the old Acer laptop that has type-c 3.0 on it, it didn't give me any message, anything. Yet on the one with 3.1, it displays the message above about display connection. Thank you anyway.
