I have PH15-52-78VL and after I startup windows it is using over 4GB of ram while cpu usage is less than 3%.  The on only startup options enabled are delayed launcher, intel driver assistant, realtek HD, Waves MaxxAudio and window security notifications.  Just looking over the running processes the numbers in my head dont seem to add up to over 2GB.  Was just wondering what numbers other people are seeing?

    Good evening AllMyShipsSink !

Access MSCONFIG and disable ALL applications that start with the system, as well as all non-Microsoft services.
    Restart and do a test.

That dropped usage to around 19%.  Is that a normal or acceptable percentage?

It may vary according to each system.
And since the RAM control is dynamic, this value may change.
In my view, it is at a very acceptable level.
