Acer e5-576g-81c3 doesn't boot and can't access bios

I turned on my laptop (everything was fine) but after few minutes it crashed and i couldn't reboot it.
(Details):
The screen became black with white squares flashing on it .
When rebooting there's no acer logo and I can't access bios. The power led keep turning on and off with clicking sound every few seconds.
I Tried to know what was the problem as there is no *Acer official service center* in my country
1-the hard drives (250 gb ssd + 1Tb hdd) are working fine as I tested them on my friend's laptop ( the windows installation is working with no issues. Full windows 10 with latest updates and drivers for every single component)
2-charger is also working and the laptop charge with it, I tried another official charger and laptop charges but can't boot
3-put the ram in the other slot,when I turn laptop on the power led remains on with no clicking sound.
4-removed ram the result is same as( 3 )
5-put ram back then connected it to external display but the problem remains
Acer aspire e15 (e5-576g-81c3) 8gb ram single channel. Core i7-8550u. Nvidia mx 130. 250ssd. 1tb hdd

Plz help me .local service centers told me that I have to replace the motherboard but I can't afford to do so

Considering your CPU and graphical unit are soldered in you Cannot remove or replace them. Given that both the GPU and CPU are critical and display and color calculations we cannot say for sure what is surely wrong. Did the laptop get hot before it shut off? Did you hear a buzzing sound? Any other details could change everything.

At any rate I'm currently agreeing that you need a new board. You wont be able to replace just the CPU or GPU. Plus if it was caused by a Surge then you're looking at a dead board as well as other crucial components. Best of luck either way!

All what I do on my laptop is opening pdf files and office files. The laptop have never become hot even when working for long time as the cpu can handle this tasks easily. As I remember there wasn't any buzzing sound when the laptop went down. The device have never get any physical or electrical damage .

All what I do on my laptop is opening pdf files and office files. The laptop have never become hot even when working for long time as the cpu can handle this tasks easily. As I remember there wasn't any buzzing sound when the laptop went down. The device have never get any physical or electrical damage .

It could have recieved damage from a power surge then. This happens sometimes and its unfortunate that your charger failed to save the laptop. Was your laptop even plugged in at the time?

Yes the laptop was charging at that moment

This laptop costs 1200$ in my country I had to work for two years to buy it. The motherboard here costs 600$ (more than the price of a new laptop in USA). Online shopping is also forbidden here in Syria. I'm very desperate rn

If you're extremely desperate you can take it to a repair shop and ask for a board specialist. But the problem is if they can't fix it you'll be stuck paying almost $200 in labor and fees anyway and then still have to buy the board.

Heres one last thing. If your AC adapter (the charging port) is removable. Order one online and replace only that. In a very odd chance that could be the problem and either way you'll need one anyway.
It's worth a shot considering your situation but don't get your hopes high.
