I've tried disabling secure boot, I've been told that there is a way to show hidden options with ctrl+s in the UEFI but I've tried it on every page with no luck. The only boot option it shows is UEFI, there is no legacy option, under the SATA settings there is only enable and disable of the sata ports. I've also tried disabling TPM, still nothing. Yes, it sees the drive when it's connected in the UEFI, I can plug the drive into any of my other computers and boot from it just fine. No it's not a cable issue, it boots from the Windows 10 drive without issue.
The problem is that Windows10 is completely useless for me and what I do.
