chromebook 15 cb3-532 - my keyboard letters are stuck and sometimes I lose all of Chrome

    Hi,
    Could you please post the full model name, like E5-xxx, in the meantime, go to Device manager, expand Keyboards, highlight and right click Standard PS/2 keybaord, select Properties, move to Driver tab and click Uninstall, then reboot and let Windows install the driver.

    Typically stuck keys are caused by contaminants in them. You can mitigate their effects by using canned air to blow them out as long as they aren't too sticky. Really sticky usually requires more drastic measures, such as disassembly and washing.
