Predator helios PH315-52 won’t turn on

Hi, 

Had my laptop less than 6 moths but it now won’t power up. The lights on the keyboard turn on but nothing else happens. The fans do not spin up and the display is blank. Only the keyboard turns on. I have tried the 15 second soft battery reset but it doesn’t work. When I plug in my power supply I get a ‘beep’ also that I haven’t noticed before. I have tried an external monitor in the hdmi port just in case but it doesn’t work either. 

Does anyone have any ideas please?

    Have you checked the interlock button that is next to the RAM?

    You need to reflash a bios using spi programmer or ask a repair service to do the same

    Did you try to update the bios before the problem occurred?

    Hi,

    Sorry I have been off for so long, been busy with work. I tried all of the above and they didn't work. I have sent it back to acer for a repair as it is under Warranty. they have said it needs a new mainboard.
