I'm trying to do the first start of my Helios 300. After adding my office account, it's time to add a PIN. But, when I advance in this stage, something becomes wrong. The screen stops in "please wait" message. And I'm here right now, 12 hours after start...

Hi, Good Morning! Sorry to hear about your issue. Kindly press and hold the power button until the unit goes off completely and try the below steps and post your results.

Power Drain and RESET BIOS :

    1) Unplug the AC power adapter.

    2) Press and hold the Power button down until the unit goes off.

    3) Search for a pinhole that has a battery symbol next to it on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and  hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip.

    4) When the unit is off completely, press the power to turn on the unit.

    5) Immediately keep on tapping the F2 to enter the BIOS.

    6) In the BIOS, press F9 to reset the BIOS to setup defaults.

    7) At the confirmation screen, press Enter for Yes to load the default configuration.

    8) Press F10 to save your changes, and restart the system. Select Yes and press ENTER to confirm.

Try this and post your results.

I did everything right, but it doesn't work. My notebook just has arrived from technical assistance, I think they could have made something wrong.

FabioWosniak try this (select delete everything option for a clean install if you dont have anything important you would need to backup first) and if the issue persists after just send it back again might be something else hardware related

Guys, thank you for your help. I've just started up my computer. I turned off the internet and start without a microsoft account, then I could skip the PIN step.
