Aspire 5 - Wierd noise

My Aspire A515-52G-701C laptop has a wierd noise , but its not the fan because when the fan is off i can hear that sound if i stick my ear on its surface
idk how to describe the sound its something like bzzzsss  
it only stops when i turn the laptop off

Adding to what @JackE said, there's nothing you can do about it I'm afraid. It's inherent to how the system was designed or the components chosen to do their job (generally it's switching power regulators).

It's too bad, those things shouldn't happen even on low end machines if it were up to me, because there are always ways to reduce it so it's inaudible and certainly not bothersome. It happens to my A515-54G too, I was tempted to return the unit and get another, but that's no guarantee it'll do anything if the replacement unit was manufactured in the same batch or has the same revision of the design.

Best we can do is hope we get accustomed to it
