Aspire 3 A315-21-71ZB - How to fix a slow startup

I have an Aspire 3 A315-21-71ZB laptop.   The startup takes almost 5 mins.    It is extremely slow.  I have tried everything suggested to get rid of the acer end of service message.

I couldn't find the detailed specs for that submodel, could you tell us these things?

• The processor you have.
• RAM ammount.
• Storage drive.
  

That last item was in bold because I suspect it to be a 2.5'' 5400RPM mechanical drive, and if it is the best way to make the system go faster would be to switch to an SSD. Even if you had no M.2 slot (I believe you do, but it's not NVMe wired so you're limited to M.2 SATA SSDs), you could always replace your current drive by 2.5'' SATA SSD and you should see a noticeable difference.

Assuming that startup time is not related to some programs slowing things down of course...

As for the memory, look in the task manager or the "About" section in System settings.
