Acer Aspire 4752 - Aspire 475 stuck in a black screen

I updated my Acer Aspire 4752 Updates BT, Wifi, 3G will keep the same status as it power off last time downloads in the Acer site and when my laptop rebooted it was stuck in a black screen....... help me any one.

      Hi, Sorry to hear about the issue. Kindly try the below and post your results.

       Power Drain and BIOS RESET

    1) Unplug the AC power adapter.

    2) Press and hold the Power button down until the unit goes off. 

    3) Search for a pinhole that has a battery symbol next to it on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and  hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip and turn the unit back to normal position.

    4) When the unit is off completely, press the power to turn on the unit.

    5) Immediately keep on tapping the F2 to enter the BIOS.                                

    6) In the BIOS, press F9 to reset the BIOS to setup defaults.

    7) At the confirmation screen, press Enter for Yes to load the default configuration.

    8) Press F10 to save your changes, and restart the system. Select Yes and press ENTER to confirm.

           Try this and post your results.
